We’re changing things up this year, food wise. After breakfast is over, there will be

FOOD TRUCKS set up in the parking lot area to sell delicious goodies. The featured food truck will be Roseville’s own Messy Guiseppe!

Another vendor will be the Cajun to Geaux food truck, selling, among other items, a wild rice jambalaya.

Quite the multicultural line-up! So plan to come hungry and with a little cash to sample the great food that will be on sale all day at the Wild Rice Festival!

And the Pow Wow Grounds, a cafe in Minneapolis, will be here selling all sorts of wonderful Native American foods, including fry bread, Indian tacos, two kinds of wild rice soup, wild rice meatball subs, and “wild rice parfaits.”
